Dream Analysis No. 2

High School Gym, tyrannical Animus Jello and Bear Medicine

If you haven’t read my first Dream Analysis I strongly wish you to go back because this is a continuation of an evolution of my own psyche as it works through really deep shadow integrations. The thread is very obvious and you’ll see as I publish these just how deep it gets, how important this work is and how interesting things happen when we choose to work with the mind to heal deep seated wounds.

I find it really wonderful that we don’t need to endlessly excavate memories to understand the thread being woven into a whole tapestry that mirrors, or is, authentically us. You don’t need to know anything to start dream work really. You just have to have a curiosity and a desire to understand yourself.

This dream is really interesting because I couldn’t really decipher it until a few days later when I was able to calm down and see exactly what transpired. I will be honest, this dream cut really deep.
